Dain Pool and Jon Wagner of Two Trucks LLC, were on a mission for a new food truck concept. They brought you savory sliders, sandwiches and tots with The Butcher’s Son, cured your sweet tooth with crazy flavor combinations on What’s Da Scoop and filled you up on New York Style Pastrami sandwiches with Gandolfo’s New York Deli. But they couldn’t stop there. With their Texas roots it was necessary to establish a Tex-Mex concept. One that encompassed all of the flavors of the classic cuisine combined with new ideas that would keep people coming back.

The Texas Burrito Company was born. Relying on made from scratch recipes of signature burritos, tacos, sweet barbacoa pork nachos, and grilled corn on the cob with siracha lime crema, the menu pays homage to it’s Tex-Mex roots but fuses the Two Trucks flair. The truck offers something for everyone and with an unbeatable combination of flavors you won’t find anywhere else. After one bite it will leave you saying, “Anything rolled this good should be illegal!”
